Commitment to transparency and quality in scientific publishing
Credibility and Reputation Management
An institution earns its good reputation through credibility in dealing with others and by following objective, flexible, and transparent policies in its dealings with its target audience.
Accordingly, the journal administration is committed to adopting practices that ensure effective management of the publication process, including professional communication with professors and researchers, launching electronic platforms to facilitate communication with them, receiving and following up on their scientific research until publication or notifying them of the peer-review results within the specified deadlines, and sending printed copies of the journal after publication to contributors whose work appears in each issue. This reflects the journal’s high level of attention to professors and researchers and encourages them to continue publishing in the journal.
The journal is also committed to adhering to the scheduled publication dates and to sending the results of the peer review of research papers and working papers to their authors on time. Reviewers are given an appropriate period to complete the review, with a maximum period of 15 days.
As for favors, recommendations, or interference in the peer-review process, none of these practices are permitted. This is to ensure the integrity of scientific research and publication in the journal and to maintain the good reputation of the editorial, scientific, and advisory boards.
