Abstract:
There is no doubt that foreign languages in general are a pressing requirement to open wider horizons in the labor market, and although some see teaching the media specifically in English would weaken the skills of Arabic language graduates of the media, but there are other views that the teaching of the media in English does not mean in any way The fact is that the relationship between Arabic and English is a relationship of integration and not conflict, especially since today's media have to be able to use Arabic as well as other languages. In this sense, the current developments, the rapid communication revolution and the enormous openness to the world have created a kind of desire and the growing ambition of many young people to keep abreast of these developments and the techniques that are the main language of English. The trend has been increased by a large percentage of young people. As the language of the future, the language of the century and the language of technology. The study aimed to: - Recognize the importance of English to media students. - Recognition of the reflection of students' study of the English language in their Arabic language. - Learn how to develop student media in English skills in Arabic. Identify the reflection of the media study in English on the future of young students on their work as future journalists. The study concluded that the relationship between Arabic and English is an integrative relationship and not a conflict relationship in any way.
