Abstract:
Study Problem: Because level region was and continues to suffer neglect in many areas of life compared to other regions has not yet been studying the role of level in what is happening from the revolutions of political and motionless, and see how close or after level for dealing with networks and means of new media and its contribution to political and revolutionary events, so put the current study attempts to answer the question: What is the role of social networks in the activation of the political movement I have the audience Upper Egypt?.
Importance of the study: Turning social networking networks and means to mobilize and support for activists everywhere, and became her great on the importance of the Egyptian political arena in the crowd and the support and assembly of special votes in seasons elections to put a particular candidate and his support or underestimated and minimized.
Objectives of the study: The study aims to identify the role of social networks modern means in the reformulation and activating the political movement process in the provinces of Egypt, especially level towards the political events to create an interactive environment can be invested as a popular and political pressure in the important issues in the future after the success of a number of Arab revolutions and create an environment and climate politically convenient from which to monitor the impact of social networks on democratization processes in transition stages taking place in Egypt
Type And the methodology of the study: is the study of descriptive studies, where the phenomenon of the use of targeted audience banker regions of Upper Egypt characterization of social networks, and Menzkh this use of their political effects. The method used to survey a sample of the audience Upper Egypt.
Society and the study sample: a human society in this study audience Upper Egypt, was chosen as a random sample was strong (400 single); and distributed in a manner equal distribution of (100 single) for each governorate (Beni Suef, Minya, Assiut, Sohag), and takes into account in the selection of the sample to be representative of the community level, north and south.
The study data collection tool: The Inquisition newspaper design to answer the questions of the study, and the study included a removable variables measurable in terms of rates and patterns of use of social networks, the level of political attention, and a measure of the process of the political movement. And included data on the use of the motives and political participation.
Results of the study: unanimously study on the relationship between the use of the public level in the study of social networks and activate the political movement they have through the use of these networks in getting political information and follow up the political content through, as it leads the political movement to increase community solidarity and the spread of equality and change directions and wishes of the masses Perhaps the audience the most hungry for a sense of equality in the knowledge and participation sources in Egyptian political life level, which was limited to the governorates of Cairo, Alexandria and other governorates of Lower Egypt, as the study monitored the ability of social networks to deal with the masses of Upper Egypt in the issues and problems and political events that faces Egypt in the future of the constitution and elections and nominations, among others.
