Abstract:
The study aimed to verify the effectiveness of the podcast program for awareness and protecting blind adolescent girls from sexual harassment, and providing them with the concepts of sound sexual education and the application on a deliberate sample, consisting of (25) blind adolescent girls from (15 to 16) years old, in Cairo Governorate, who attend the Center for the Care of Children with Special Needs, Ain Shams University. The Results showed the following: - There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of blind adolescent girls in the experimental group in measuring awareness and protection from sexual harassment (according to the total scale scores) Pre and Post applying the podcast-based program, in favor of the total post-application. - There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of blind adolescent girls in the experimental group in the total and dimensions of the measure of awareness and protection from sexual harassment in the two applications (post- and follow-up) in favor of the post-application.
