Abstract:
The study problem is determined in monitoring the impact of the political orientations of Al-Arabiya.Net and Russia today on the news frames of the Russian military intervention in Syria and the public attitudes from an interactive perspective in the frame work of news frames theory.
Objectives of the study:
- Determining the reasons for the Russian military intervention in Syria in both Arabia.net and Russian websites today.
- To find out the results and effects of the Russian military intervention in Syria on the Arabia.net and Russian websites today.
- Learn about the proposed solutions in both Arabia.net Net and Russia today on Russian military intervention in Syria.
- The most prominent news frameworks used in the handling of the Russian military intervention in Syria by Al-Arabiya Net and Russia today.
- Identify the paths of proof used in both Al-Arabia. Net and Russia today on addressing the Russian military intervention in Syria.
- Monitoring the impact of the political orientations of Al-Arabia.net and Russia today on the public attitudes of the study sites.
The study sought to answer several questions:
- What are the reasons behind the Russian military intervention in Syria with Arabia.net and Russian websites today?
- What are the results and effects of the Russian military intervention in Syria in Arabia.net and Russia today?
- What are the proposed solutions on the Arabia. Net and Russia today on the Russian military intervention in Syria?
- What is the most important news frameworks used in the handling of Al-Arabiya Net and Russia today for the Russian military intervention in Syria?
- What are the paths of proof used in both Al-Arabiya Net and Russia today in dealing with the Russian military intervention in Syria?
- What is the relationship between the political orientations adopted by Al-Arabia.Net and Russia today towards the Russian military intervention in Syria and the attitudes of the public and its views towards the crisis?

The study was based on the Survey Method and analysis of the content of all the news on the Arabia.net and Russian websites on the Russian military intervention in Syria for two consecutive months from 1-11-2017 to 31-12-2017.

The research sample is a deliberate sample chosen according to the researcher previously determined characteristics of the study community. The size of the sample is (114) News in comparison with (163) news on the site of Russia today. The study also relied on more than one tool: qualitative content analysis, paths of proof.

The results of the study confirmed the validity of the theoretical and methodological hypotheses that led to the theory of analysis of the news frameworks. This was evident in the link between the influence of political orientation and the media framing, which was reflected in the construction and formulation of news frameworks presented to the public, in terms of the reasons, results and impacts even the frames used by the sites to clarify and confirm their directions and attitudes towards the crisis, which agreed and finally served the political orientations of the site relevant state.

The results of the study also revealed how far the effect on the public used these sites by the political trends of the state by which framed the Russian military intervention in Syria.
