Abstract:
The importance of e-learning has emerged as an urgent necessity imposed by the Corona pandemic that has swept the whole world, and indeed many universities around the world, have been able to employ the potential of E-learning to get out of this crisis, and provide scientific content to students, in a distinctive and attractive way, that enhances the effectiveness of students and gains skills, and makes them more capable, To innovate and think in new methods, that achieve Sustainable Education policies and strategies.
In this context, many Egyptian universities followed this global trend and were keen to develop their infrastructure, in a distinctive way so that they could keep pace with global developments in the field of education. Employing modern technologies represented in E-learning to face this crisis and preserve the future of students.
In this context, this study aimed to spot light on the communication methods used by Pharos University in Alexandria in e-learning, and the extent of their effectiveness among students, in addition to reviewing a group of previous studies in this context, and the study adopted the case study approach and the qualitative approach to the analysis, where it was monitored and analyzed. Communication methods used in e-learning during the Corona pandemic.
The study reached many important findings and recommendations, which contribute to increase the efficiency of e-learning and its application in an interactive manner with students, and strive to overcome the difficulties they face.
