Dr. Hatem Mohamed Atef founded the Middle East Public Relations Research Journal as a scientific project implemented through the Egyptian Public Relations Association, a member of the Scientific Associations Network at the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology in Cairo, and as the first peer-reviewed scientific periodical specializing in public relations in the Arab world and the Middle East. The project aims to enrich Arab and foreign libraries with specialized media research and to leave a scientific mark in the field of public relations at both the Arab and international levels. It is worth noting that all intellectual property rights related to the journal’s name and trademark are registered and belong to the journal’s founder and his heirs, who retain all rights in accordance with international law and the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
